About Maia

When Maia first came to us she was so scared and shy. When we let her out to hang with the other cats she disappeared and we didn't see her for 2 weeks. We were pretty sure she was going to be another 'untouchable' and that was why the owner surrendered her... ..But then a few days ago she showed up from her hiding spot, talking and rubbing ankles, asking for some love and just as social as can be! She is a gorgeous Torbie with a huge heart for laps and love. Maia would be fine as an only child or with another cat or two for companions. She never gets in a scrap with other cats. She is just a delight. Maia's adoption fee includes spay, up to date vaccines, deworming, flea preventative and a microchip. Upon approval you will be contacted by a volunteer to set up a private appointment to meet the cats.
