About Carley

Border Collie mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

No dog bones about it, Carley could take first place in any jumping competition - long jump, triple jump, hurdles - this fit and fab girl is ready to impress her new family! Meet Carley, a female border collie mix who is just one year old and weighs 55 pounds. Now located in the Boston area, she was transported from the south after being found on a very hot day tied to a tree. Her neglect as a developing pup meant challenges adjusting, but she is doing very well now and is sweet as can be. Carley is an intelligent girl. She excels in doing puzzles and opening doors. She is also loving, cuddly, and happy to get attention. Her notable freckles are so adorable, we dare you to resist! Sure she'll need some work, but that's what obedience class is for! Plus, it is a great way to bond with a new dog. Carley is currently attending professional training and it would be perfect to send her to her forever home upon completion! Carley is very excitable and has a good amount of energy so an active household would be best. She gets along with some larger dogs 40+ pounds. A training class would further socialize her with other fur kids. Any children in the home must be 8+ as she is still springy and could knock little ones over. Please help! She needs an adopter or a summer foster asap. NOTE: If she is posted that means she's available! A meet and greet would be conducted after an application has been submitted and approved. To foster or adopt, select the appropriate type of application on the website of her sponsoring rescue, A Place for Ace. https://aplaceforace.org/ Please tell them Animal Rescue Konnection (ARK) sent you! #ARKforCarley #JustSaveThem
