About Penny

This smile belongs to pretty Penny, an Aussie/Lab mix who was born around a March 2021. Penny weighs about 50 pounds and may fill out just a bit more. Penny is looking for a home who is ready for puppy energy and will keep up with her training. Penny is house and crate trained. She is currently learning: Come, Sit, Lie Down, Drop it, Leave it, Wait. She will definitely need reinforcement. Penny is friendly. She likes men, women, and kids. Due to her exuberant nature, small kids aren't a fit. She knocks them over. Penny is also good with dogs, large and small. She does like to play with other dogs. Penny is currently living with a cat. Dog savvy cats with owners willing to take a week or two to set out the rules should find Penny to be a nice addition to a household with a cat. Penny is a fun girl who will thrive in a fun, active home. She is good in the car, so will be a good travel pal. She is learning not to pull on leash but does enjoy walks. She is ready to meet adopters who can meet and adopt here. We do not ship our dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required.
