About OLLIE

MEET WONDERFUL OLLIE! Ollie is a sweet and cuddly 1.5-year-old beautiful blue nose pit looking for his forever home. He is a stunning gray color with the kindest eyes. He absolutely loves people, and is extremely eager to please his humans. He does a little prance and dance when his human enters a room and just loves to be close to his people - whether snuggling up for a good nap while you read or going for car rides - long or short - he will be at your side. He loves his bed and knows it is his home base. Ollie is an inside dog and wants to be a part of the family. He is housebroken and stands by the door to let you know when he needs to go out. He loves all people of all ages but may do better with teens only because he is a strong boy, and likes to jump up. He also prefers a house with no cats as he likes to soak up all the attention. He just got back from an amazing training adventure at Puppy Hotail & Spa for 8 weeks in Tetonia, Idaho where he honed his dog manners and listening skills, how to walk, and be a good boy. He has been trained to sit, wait, and go to bed. He is very smart and learns fast because he is food motivated and takes treats very easy and soft. Ollie had a corrective surgery for hip dysplasia as a puppy and finds it hard to scratch himself so he is VERY happy when you do it for him - and will rub up against you to get every last itch. He has very slight cerebral hyperplasia, which simply means he would prefer a house without a lot of stairs (or a way to block him from entering that area) and carpets so he doesn't slip. He adores going for walks (long and short!) and gets excited - he jumps with joy but calms right back down when asked to sit for a treat or when you ask him to wait as you open the front door. He is also very loving and loyal and devoted to his family. Ollie will give you kisses for free - he just wants to be with his family as much as possible and loves his humans!
