About Ivy

With one yellow eye and one blue, this beautiful dog is great with people and other dogs. She has not been cat tested yet, but we are working on it. Ivy is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, already spayed, crate trained and housebroken. She's a happy, friendly girl who is a loving companion dog. She is an amazing companion ready to share your adventures. She arrived in VT on April 2nd and is doing a great job in her foster home. She's about 10-12 months old and weighs approximately 40 lbs. Her foster mom shared: 'I gave her a toy and she was so funny throwing it up in the air and catching it! She can entertain herself quite well - loves chewing toys. She is so sweet! She loves playing ball and does well with my dogs. Ivy is also great in the car.' We highly recommend training classes for all of our dogs to get everyone off to a great start. Training recommendations are available. We do not provide DNA testing which is the only way to know with certainty which breeds are in her genetic background. Our best guess is a Shephard/Lab mix.
