About Rayburn21

Rayburn is such a handsome boy with his gorgeous, sleek grey coat. He may even have some Russian Blue in his background. Rayburn is definitely on the cautious side, and for that reason he needs a very cat savvy adopter who will let him take as much time as he needs to warm up and feel comfortable in his new home. He is not appropriate for a first time adopter. Rayburn is very comfortable in his foster home, and his true personality has come out. He likes to 'help' his foster mom on the computer, and he is very agreeable to being petted and loved on. It has taken a long time to get him to this point, though. Rayburn gets along with other cats, and he lives with two gentle dogs. He loves, loves, loves to play with feathers or other toys dangling from a string. He's an inquisitive boy, and you will most likely find him up on one of the cat trees surveying his kingdom. If you are looking for a cuddle buddy right away, Rayburn is not the best choice. If you are willing to be patient and give him as much time as he needs to settle in, though, he will show you that he can be a very sweet, loving boy. Rayburn's 'trial period' can be longer than two weeks.
