About Foxy

Foxy is ready for her furever home! This beautiful girl is 5 years old, 40 lbs, current on vaccines and heartworm prevention. We were told she is a Corgi mix. Her head is definitely Corgi but she has longer legs. She is the perfect medium sized companion! Foxy has a sad story but that doesn't get her down. She was surrendered to a shelter because her former owners apparently couldn't care for her nor could they manage a very-easy-to manage condition, thyroid disease. We were able to get her to our vet where she received tests and treatment for the unfortunate neglect she previously suffered. She is now stable as long as she gets her very affordable medication. Foxy also has some seasonal allergies she is being treated for. Again, this is something that is easily managed and maintained. Foxy is very sweet. She's good with other dogs and loves people. She bonds with one person but will spread her affection around. She's very calm and mellow. She's also house trained and will sleep in her crate.
