Hi, my name is mama ginger and I was a community cat. Luckily, there was a lady in the apartment complex that was very nice and took care of me the best she could. Her porch is where I had my babies until a few days later when paw prints in the sand took me and my babies in where we could be dry, warm, and protected. I much prefer being in the house where it's warm and cozy with lots of treats to being outside on the street where I had to be very careful all the time. I love scratches, especially under my chin, and slow rubs on top of my head. I will come when called sometimes if I'm in the mood for some extra scratches. I am a beautiful tuxedo cat and my little boy nutmeg has almost identical markings to me. To say I was raised outdoors I don't seem afraid of dogs, I will go up nose to nose and say hi to my foster mom's dogs through the glass window to our room. I seem very relaxed and not stressed about the dogs even though I had my babies with me, so I could possibly be OK in a home with dogs if the dogs are nice to cats. I have been an outstanding first-time mama to my babies, even the vet said I did a very good job, and have kept them clean, well cared for, and well-fed. it's amazing how much patience I have with my kittens, especially being such a young mama. I am probably under a year and have a long happy life in front of me, will your home be my next adventure?
