Cocker Spaniel / Shar-Pei

Concord was born when his momma who was found out in the cold having her babies after she was abandoned in the woods. A nice lady who heard the momma in distress decided to help the family out by fostering until a rescue was identified. Concord is one of nine puppies born and is a Cocker Spaniel/Shar Pai mix. Concord will be available for adoption by mid April. He has had his first set of vaccinations and been dewormed and is ready for his new family.
