SALVADOR - ID#A2016039 Sal is STARVING HIMSELF in his shelter kennel. Before and After: --The first video shows Sal in his kennel at West Valley shelter. --The second video shows Sal out in the play yard with Jill. Sal has been in the shelter since February. He was fine when he came in, but now spins non-stop in his kennel. He's off his food and almost skeletal. He's injured himself. He needs help now. Sal is 1 year and 10 months old. West Valley isn't doing playgroups so we don't know how Sal is with other dogs. But we know how he is with humans who give him a little breathing room. My name is Salvador and I am a male, black and white. The shelter thinks I am about 1 year and 5 months old. I weigh approximately 67 pounds. I have been at the shelter since Feb 15, 2022. For animals under the age of 8 weeks and/or moms with litters, please contact the Center for availability. Adoption fees include spay/neuter surgery, all animals will be sterilized prior to release.
