This is a stray female cat, extremely friendly, and she gave birth on April 1st. Three boys and two girls. She has Tabby markings in both red and gray. All are available for adoption, hopefully out of the area. Mama Cat (temporary name) was thought to be feral. She was very skinny with dirty, ragged fur. She very timidly took food from a neighbor's deck for several months. She wouldn't stay in a heated cat house even though many nights were below freezing. Once she started trusting my neighbor though, she would sit on her lap, run to be petted, she had obviously been loved once. I took her in when we thought she was pregnant. We didn't want the kittens born in the forest becoming feral. She is a great mother. Even though she loves the attention she will not leave these kittens alone oh, but she does run out of the house when I come into the laundry room to check on them. She rubs against my legs and even lays on my feet while I'm checking on the kittens. She will be stayed as soon as the kittens are weaned, UTD on vaccines and a health certificate. Transport is included.
