About Mojo

Mojo stumbled into my yard 2 months ago. He could barely stand/walk and was very low energy, but just laid in my lap as I talked to him and looked at me with love in his eyes. He was immediately the sweetest boy ever. We took him to the vet to get him checked out. He got his vaccinations, was neutered, had X-rays, had a benign mass removed, tested for heart worm and had a cancer screening. He is in great health, but he has hip dysplasia and arthritis. He is on joint supplements and an anti-inflammatory. Since then, he has made a complete recovery. He jumps, runs, plays, whereas he couldn't even stand when we found him. He is great with other dogs and cats and loves every human he meets. I've never heard him bark! He is just so sweet and loving. He loves stuffed animals and treats of all kinds (especially pup cups!). He doesn't do well with kibble, as he usually vomits. He does great with canned food or homemade food. His meds go in his food and he eats it right up. He loves to cuddle and thinks he is a lap dog even though he is 60lbs!! He is 6-8 years old and all he needs to be happy is some love and loyalty. He has no front teeth on the top or bottom, and has some scarring around his neck from a collar or rope I assume. He truly is the perfect dog and I've done everything I could to keep him permanently, but my landlord won't allow it as I have 7 animals already. No fees to adopt, just a donation fee to a rescue of your choice. All I ask in return is that you send me pictures and updates along with his journey at his forever home.
