This petite girl (about 35 pounds) has had quite the journey. DD was super lucky when she was found by a veterinary technician after being hit by a car near Santo Domingo pueblo. The vet tech immediately rushed DD to the neurology clinic where she worked. DD was cared for, recovered, and given a stamp of good health, then went to a foster home. She was shy at first, but has become a happy girl excited for her walks and dinner time. She wags her tail when she sees her favorite people. She enjoys laying on the sofa, lounging in the sun, walks, and other dogs. She has been around a cat and behaved politely. DD wants to be a household pet and live the good life. DD will do best in a quieter home without small children and with a dog companion. If you want to help DD progress in her journey, please contact [email protected]
