About George

Rhodesian Ridgeback / Lab
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Just look at him... This guy. Behold his captivating quality....charm, irresistible looks, charisma, sophistication and a come hither allure. Did I mention, also quite entertaining? This gent is George. Simply mesmerizing dude, this fellows is quite dynamic as has the unique/charismatic personality. Once upon a time George knew a safe, happy., loving and secure family life. Tragically one day his 'person' unheaved from his his once beloved home and left this sweet soul in a high kill shelter where he would not stand a chance of survival. The warm comfy bed on which he once dreamt after happy days of frolicking with his family was no more and he found himself on cold concrete floors behind bars surrounded by terrified cries of other discarded once beloved canines and the smell of death/imminent doom. To his disadvantage, George not a youngster was not considered adoptable nor having a chance to survive in the new Hell. He was graced with a miracle, was rescued and has moved to the Northern states for a new beginning. He may not be a bouncy pup but has so much to offer without the challenging learning curve that comes with a youngin'. George, 8+ years whimsical in appearance, is a blend of several wonderful breeds which he is not disclosing without his lawyer present. Learning the ways of the northern states. GOOD BOY! He is healthy, UTD on his vaccines, neutered, hw negative (YES! REALLY!) and cordial/respectful/non reactive with/to other canines after proper introductions have been made, of course. His rapport with other critters and children is not known so slow introductions would be fair to all meet -n- greeters/greetees. George made his debut on the east coast late 2021. We respected his need to relax after his South to North journey, gave 'em' time to inhale the crisp New Jersey air and have several peaceful night's sleep, the first ones in a very long time. George is ready to start adventure/new life. So deserving' a furever home and second chance, doing so will result in a resounding chorus of 'bark at the moon:. ummmm they meant woof. He looks forward to making your acquaintance. Inquiries for a meet-n-greet/biscuit samplin', I am sure there will be no need for a second intro, it will surely be love at first sight.
