About Honey

This is Honey! She is a 6-7 year old, mixed breed pitbull, weighing in to about 80lbs. Honey may look intimidating to some people, however she is a very sweet dog--pun intended! She's queenly and sassy-- a bit spoiled, really. She'll cuddle up to you for hours and will pout when you stop petting her. She'll avoid mud if possible, but loves to go outside to explore and sunbathe! She's a bit needy, but well-behaved and will take treats out of your hand very gently. She is family-friendly and cat-friendly; also crate trained!! She's been in a household of up to 5 dogs, including chihuahuas. However we would recommend that she be the only dog, or only dominant dog in the house, as she is at times protective of food and toys around other dogs. Her favorite activities include, but are not limited to: playing w/ toys, cuddling, laying outside, and receiving belly rubs! She will need a patient and caring owner that will clean her ears monthly as she has a yeast infection in them. They are easy to tend to, yet will need to be continously cared for.
