About Murphy

Murphy is a pure bred AmStaf from an AKC breeder. She is about one year old and has not yet been neutered. Murphy is goofy, energetic, curious, friendly, and strong willed. She can sit, down, relax, drop-it, leave-it, wait, off, place, kennel-up, shake, touch, heal, look-at-me, fetch, and sit-pretty. We are currently work on roll over with some success. Murphy is crate trained and can spend up to eight hours in the crate if necessary. She's also good in the car and has been on a few ten hour road trips with other dogs sharing the backseat. Murphy does not like to be left out, and will vocalize if you are behind a gate or if she gets left outside while you go into a shop. On walks, she will go for anything she can put in her mouth, especially sticks! She could be a good fit for an older child but her high energy play could scare or hurt smaller children. She currently lives with another dog and they get along great
