Dottie is a happy and friendly 1.5 year-old, 40-pound girl who looks like a Hound and Beagle mix. She is high-energy and very sweet. She wants to be with her person and seems to like everyone. Her foster mom says Dottie is very friendly, and is always ready to go and play, plus she loves toys. She has been working on her training and has already learned to stay in place for a treat! Dottie is calm in her crate and doing well with housetraining. She runs to the door and bounces with excitement to go outside. Her favorite things are toys, treats, running, and watching for squirrels. Dottie is good with other dogs and would enjoy a young, playful companion dog. She seems to be ok with cats as well. She loves to ride in a car. Dottie will jump up into the vehicle and into a crate on command. With her sweet, treat-motivated personality, Dottie will quickly pick up on additional training in her new home.
