Cooter is a very sweet and happy boy. I don't know how he can be as happy as he is, considering his filthy living conditions. There are rats and feces and urine in his kennel, inside a zipped up tent. He is. My next door neighbor's dog, but she wants him removed. Please contact me asap. Cooter is smart, and he is eager to please. Being young, around a year old, he can be taught. He quickly picked up shaking paw with my hand. Please contact me soon. If I didn't have 4 of my own, I'd take him. This woman has 18 dogs in terrible living conditions. Very sad!
