Available for adoption is Sansa, a 5 year-old, beautiful, rust-orange female tabby cat. She is unique as only 20% of orange tabbies are female due to the X chromosome which is responsible for the orange coloring. Female orange tabbies possess two XX chromosomes while males only need one X chromosome from their mother to receive the orange coloring. ���%81 Sansa is a sweet kitty but a little shy at times. She would be happiest in a mature, quiet home with one other cat and/or a gentle, calm dog. She is a lap cat, a snuggle bug, cuddler and enjoys playing with her toys.
