About Kagome - gentle & kind

Hello, good to see you are interested! My name is Kagome after a fictional character whose heart is said pure and kind. My name is pronounced Kuh' gown. I am an approx. 8 year old female orange, ginger tabby, full of love. I am very engaging and love to be brushed or petted. I have white socks, chest and tummy which you are allowed to touch, an orange tabby stripes on my back and tail, as well as an 'M' my stripes form on my forehead. My favorite day would be one where I sit or lay next to my caretaker with the morning or afternoon sun warming my fur, being loved on while you are on your phone, watching nature with me, reading or watching TV. I will purr to show you my appreciation for spending time with me. I have been told I have a heart of gold and I bond deeply with her caretakers. I would be great for a senior or someone working from home. I am great with kids, very patient. I love to eat. A full-figured gal, wink wink. I enjoy playing with cat nip mice and cat springs. I will go off by myself for play time at times, then check back in. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you, that I am spayed, micro-chipped. I am needing a new home because my Mom has breast cancer and wanted me to be re-homed so she will know that I am safe and not put into a scary shelter. She could not afford my care any longer as she needs the money for treatment, the rescue will updated my vaccines prior to adoption (vet pricing has gone up, rescue cost to update vaccines and a checkup, $120).
