My name is Princess Thea. Ok it's Thea but I like to be treated like a princess. I am a tortoiseshell approx 16-month female kitty which means I have colors of dark brown, cream and orange. My coloring, like all torties, as we are referred to, is unique. I do not like dogs at all and would do ok with a male kitty. I want to be in charge so a female kitty will not work well with me. I enjoy sitting on my caretakers lap while they watch TV or are on the computer and being pet or talked to. I will blink my eyes and purr to let you know that I am pleased. I am very low maintenance. I am quiet and do not meow constantly. My best home would be with a retired couple, some working from home or a single person looking for company. I like to be by or on my caretakers and tend to be where they are as that could mean a treat! Playtime for me involves an empty box I can jump into, or chasing cat nip mice or cat spring toys. I like the ball that goes around and around too. The rescue has pictures of this toy, that they can send you. The laser light is fun too. I do the butt wiggle before I go after the infamous red dot. I was owner surrendered to the rescue because my former Mom has health issues and could no longer care for me. I had a checkup in December. No health issues. The doctor gave me a clean bill of health. I am ready for a new family.
