About Theodore

The story of Theo. Sometimes in life we don't know all the facts, so we do the best with what we know. Theo was 'Owner surrendered' in February and was scheduled to be euthanized. Fate showed up as. A Rescue group and Theo went to a foster mom until he could find his furever home. Unfortunately , During his initial vet visit, she discovered Theo needed all his teeth removed, and if that wasn't enough he was also diagnosed with diabetes. So now the picture becomes clear. Theo's loving family knew they could not afford the extractions and the cost of his diabetic care. I can't imagine having to make that decision..but they did what they thought was best. Theo is the epitome of a perfect cat . He is sweet, loving, cuddles with you at night or when you nap on the couch. He gets along well with all ages of cats, and has been declawed Theo is currently located in Texas but transport is available for an approved adopter. Theodore had to have all of his teeth pulled from stomtitis and the years of neglect and not having been taken care of. He is now healing from his dental surgery and is on his way to healing. He is currently in foster care with several other cats and kittens. He especially took to the one kitten you see in the picture with him. They sleep together and groom each other all the time. They are each others comfort. His foster says that he is such a lover and that he loves the attention and being pet.
