Since then he's had two different potential adopters, but unfortunately both passed on him last minute �ٴ� He's been described by shelter staff as calm in kennel, walks on loose leash and responds to treats well! ��%90 He does mark a bit, but a neuter might help with that! ��%8F� Volunteers met him and they had a great time together ���� Toby is young and deserves a chance! Can you help? �٪%8F��%8F%BC Toby will be neutered prior to adoption and will also be treated for heartworms
