About Axel

Axel was born in Texas after his momma was rescued from the dog pound by a local rescue then transferred to PA in April 2022. Axel's momma is a super sweet Boxer mix. He was born Oct 28, 2021, is heart-worm neg, UTD on all shots and microchipped. Although we have done our best to socialize this handsome guy, he is extremely shy and takes some time to warm up to new people and situations. That being said, he is very sweet, loving...super silly and playful with his foster! He is dog friendly with most dogs after a proper introduction. He also house trained and scheduled to be neutered soon. We do feel he would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he could acclimate safely/securely and learn to feel safe.
