About Sheldon

Sheldon came from a hoarding situation where there were too many dogs for individual time and attention. He is sweet and friendly after he knows he can trust. Sheldon will need social TLC until he adapts to a real home, he just hasn't had a lot of experience outside the room they were kept in. He has lived with many animals, probably there was a cat as others have been indifferent to ours. Limited exposure to children, so must be old enough to respect his space, not grab, or chase. He will learn to love all people as these dogs crave love and adapt quickly to new situations. He is shy and has been with brother Wally but may do well with a patient, friendly other companion. He's a beautiful chocolate brown. Will warm up quickly and learn all about his new home!! At seven, he has a long life ahead since chihuahuas are the longest living breed!!
