'Hi there; my name is Jagger and while my name may sound tough, I'm a big ol' softie. I am hoping to find a patient, loving, dedicated family... do you think that that could be you? I came to SVASC way back in September 2021 as a stray and was never reclaimed. When I first arrived, I was a pretty feisty fella and just wasn't too keen on handling. Thankfully, after some time, a lot of patience, and some very kind, loving shelter staff, I have started to learn that humans are pretty great. I'm still learning to trust, but as long as you go slow with me, I will learn to love you the way that I love the shelter staff. I would do best with a family that can take my acclimation period slowly and let me adjust at my pace, but that remains determined to be my friend. I want a family that will work with me. Staff report that once I trust you, I love chin scritches, ear rubs, and am head chef over at the biscuit making factory. I will be a great pal for someone that is willing to help me become my best self! My adoption fee is $35 to an approved adopter.
