About Arlo

Meet Arlo! This senior boy is guessed to be around 12 years old. We believe he has some hearing and vision loss, but he still gets around ok. He's a gentle boy who enjoys being pet, but is very jumpy when you pick him up. He's never been mean or bitey, but just can be skittish with picking up. He gets along with other dogs and cats- pretty much just does his own thing. He is not good with stairs and needs to be watched around open railings or stairs, as he can fall. He does well with potty training if taken out regularly.Arlo is looking for a calm retirement home with lots of dog beds and snacks. Arlo's adoption donation of $250 helps cover the cost of his medical care. Arlo is up to date on vaccines, he's heartworm negative and was treated for lymes disease. He has had a fecal, senior bloodwork, a dental and is neutered. Adopter should live within a 1.5 hour driving distance from Romeoville, IL.
