Sebastian is a 6 yr old, 10 lb male Chihuahua. He is nervous initially (typical chi) but warms up to be sweet & playful. He is very dominant with male dogs but has been better with female dogs. He hasn't bothered the cats. He would be best with older children due to being so nervous at times. He is not house trained yet. He uses potty pads inside. Humphrey House is located in Abingdon Md for meetings. Thank you
