Melody is a Chihuahua Dachshund mix, but mostly Dachshund and will stay tiny. She is about 6 months old, weighs around 8 lbs, and has had her puppy vaccines and microchip and will be spayed prior to adoption. REQUIREMENTS: She does NOT like small kids (sudden noises/movements) so we're looking for a home that has no kids under 13. Another small young playful dog is required. DACHSHUND experience required as this breed does have special issues that need to be understood such as the potential for hypoglycemia & fragile body structure. PLEASE NOTE: you must have the financial AND physical ability to provide for a puppy upwards of 15 years. Please consider what this means when applying! In order to adopt a pet from Paw Patrol Animal Rescue & Sanctuary you must be at least 25 years old, be able to provide references and identification, consent to a home visit & pay the adoption fee $450.00 We are located in Miami, Florida. Applicants should live within a 2-hour hour drive to Miami. *We are a foster-based rescue and do not have a facility. Our rescue dogs are housed in private homes in and around the Miami, Broward and Palm Beach area.
