About Normal Ball Python

Hi, thank you for showing interest in Gilly. I do small (2-3 snakes at a time) rescues and foster them until adopted. I also help mentor new Ball python keepers in providing quality, and affordable care for their snakes, which should live to be 30-40 years old with good care. Gilly came to me from a not so great home. She is small for her age. Her previous owner claimed she had Gilly a little over a year however she is the size of my son's 7 month old python but is otherwise healthy (still waiting on internal parasite panel results from the vet) with a good body composition despite being stunted in size. She is very shy and jumpy from the poor living conditions she had been in. Regardless, she has never shown me any kind of aggression such as striking even hissing. She has eaten for me twice (frozen and thawed weaned rats about 35g a piece) since I received her 2 weeks ago, January 23rd 2022. Because of these reasons I would like to verify you are able and willing to provide appropriate care for her as she continues grow. If you are willing to meet my minimum standards of care and provide proof of her enclosure already set up (she would come with 1 hide, a water bowl, and the tub she was relinquished in) we can discuss the adoption fee at that point.
