Named after the amazing women's rights activist, Fannie Lou was rescued from her life on the streets. She had never known the love of a human. She needs a home with lots of patience and the passion and knowledge of working with feral dogs. She has come a long way and will occasionally allow those that work with her closely to pet her. She needs a lifelong companion family who knows the good they are investing in this sweet soul. Fannie is submissive and typically good with small/young dogs. She has never been on a leash.
