About Gunner

Meet our resident *Knucklehead* GUNNER Gunner is a male Labrador Retriever mix. He is 2 years young and weighs 70lbs. He is HW-, neutered and UTD on all shots. Gunner was first picked up as a stray, but went almost immediately to a shelter foster, where he was adopted less than a week later. His adopter had him for only 2 months before returning him to the shelter because of a move. He is easy to leash, but does pull a bit on the leash, and a shelter volunteer described him as 'a big goofy ding dong'. Gunner loves attention from people, and is dog friendly, and even doesn't mind cats. He is medium to high energy so probably would be best around older and bigger children so he won't accidentally knock them down. This poor baby has been in boarding since Aug 2021.
