Special dog who is looking for a special home. The perfect home would be - - with someone who lives alone or adults in the family - with someone who wants a protective dog to keep them safe - currently does not have another dog or maybe one female He bonds deeply to his people and is protective of his people so we are hoping we can find a home for him that wants an incredibly loyal dog that will be protective of you and your home. He would have to live inside and not be just an outside dog. If this sounds like you, please contact me for an application. His bio: * I am a five year old male. * I am smart & will make sure you are safe and warm you you if people come around * I am house trained (with a HUGE bladder) and not a chewer * I am crate trained and love my crate (sometimes I do not want to come out) * I know some basic commands like sit, down and shake * Trained for an invisible fence and e collar * Oh and I love to play tug of war with my rope toy I like other dogs but I am alpha and want to be in charge of everyone. I have lived peacefully with another dog (a small girl) but I would have to be introduced slowly to any dog or animal. I am different from other Labradors because I'm probably mixed with German Shepherd and I will guard my family & property with all my loyal heart. If a new person comes into my yard that I don't know I will bark. I can be very scary to other people. I would do best with mature persons who know dog behavior because I will be their best friend and protect them. I loved being spoiled by my person(s) and want a home with lots of treats. Also, If I could live in the country you wouldn't have to worry about anyone coming around without me announcing their arrival.
