LUCA'S LAST CHANCE TO LIVE ��%BD'��%BD%BCBEYOND EXTREMELY URGENT��%BD'��%BD|LUCA #A3702500, an American Cattle Dog/Bully Mix, approx. 5-6yrs old, approx. 65-70lbs, and currently in a boarding situation and MUST to be dropped off to a home setting as the only pet in or outside the home by first thing on Monday, January 31st or will be forced to euthanize him��%BD'��%BD%BC You might recognize this guy who was e-list from MCACC back in late March 2021 due to deteriorating in his kennel back then! It has not been an easy road since he severely suffers from being enclosed into small spaces w/ barriers like going into a dog kennel (loves his wire crate as long as he can see his person), small bathrooms, little laundry rooms, etc. THIS IS HIS LAST 100% HIS LAST CHANCE AS THE RESCUE HE WAS UNDER CANNOT PAY FOR HIM ANY MORE & WHERE HE IS BOARDING SAYS HE CANNOT LAST ANOTHER WEEK. I WAS LUCKY TO CONVINCE THEM OF ONE MORE WEEK. THERE IS NO OTHER BOARDING/SHELTER ENVIRONMENT HE CAN GO TO AT THIS POINT��%BD'��%BD|IT IS A FOSTER/FOSTER-TO-ADOPT HOME OR I WILL BE FORCE TO EUTHANIZE HIM. I literally have no other path for him because it is not humane to keep him in a boarding/shelter environment at this point. Whoever can help me save this dog's life must fit the criteria below, and please do not contact me or apply if you are not the right fit. This is an extremely time sensitive issue and unless you have some solution to help I cannot waste any of my time... **ONLY PET inside/outside home **NO KIDS is ideal. but if older kids w/dog experience may be considered **EXPERIENCED DOG HANDLER w/ large dogs & similar type of breed a huge plus. Preferably has large breed, dog rescue or dog training experience! **Able and willing to PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING at PARTENERS DOG TRAINING SCHOOL to use to learn how to crate him and work with building his confidence by regular routine and structure. **NEVER GIVEN UP ON A DOG...no matter what the circumstances are. It's important whoever opens their homes and their hearts to Luca just be prepared to have your heart stolen!!! He really is a pretty mellow dog that loves to snuggle up next to someone, extremely easy to walk on a 4ft leash and once he has had his walk he loves to just be a couch potato most of the day. He does need an experienced handler to understand how to meet this dog's needs even though he is really quiet easy in many ways.
