Chip has issues with changes in his home environment. Recently the owner's elderly parents have moved in. Due to many people coming and going Chip's stress level is off the charts. He is on Paxil but this is not controlling his stress. He redirects his stress by biting the other dog in the house and now the owners when people come to the door. He would do well in a home where the day to day routine is the same (boring is good!). He has been well cared for and has no physical problems. His mental health issues are why he is being re-homed.
