About Daisy

Meet Daisy. She is a 50 lb standard poodle/old English sheepdog mix. She has the poodle coat and is hypoallergenic. She is mostly gray/silver with a white undertone. She is gorgeous to say the least. She is spayed, had the gastropexy done at the same time as a preventative measure against bloat from happening, current on all vaccines, and microchipped. Daisy ended up with an infection after her spay that after extensive testing/X-rays/and a lengthy hospital stay she has fully recovered from. Due to the infection she does now snore and when she breathes through her nose sounds like a bulldog lol but it's something my vet says will not cause any future health issues, it's just another quirk she will either grow and heal out of or live with. She is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and good with other dogs. Great with children. A bit shy meeting new people, but warms up quickly! She is amazing in the house and has excellent manners. She is very well behaved, and overall an amazing girl. She isn't high energy at all, but will definitely keep up if needed to. She is a sweetheart in every sense and will make someone's home very bright with all the love she has to give. Her adoption fee is 1500. It covers her spay, microchip/registration, vaccines, overall time/care since with us, and her training. We are asking for an additional 500 to help cover the gastropexy cost. We spent double in treating her infection, but that cost is ours, and we don't expect to see any of that back.. just happy she is whole again and finally cleared to find a family all her own! We adopt out of state and can come to you as long as travel expenses are covered. Photos will be updated on 1/26/22 after her groom appointment so watch for them!
