About Donut

Donut has a sweet personality with sugar on top and is just a love. She is pretty good at settling down or staying calm when things are going on and can handle a busy household as long as it isn't overly loud and stressful though young kids and wobbly seniors are not suited as she tends to be right at your feet and she is still pretty eager to jump up and kiss your face. She has grown more and more cuddly as she grew older. Her shy side shows when meeting new dogs and people but she loves making new friends and has a natural ability to make everyone fall in love with her. *** Exploring and going for hikes are among things she enjoys and she does well off leash on the trails. She likes toys including good chew toys. *** Donut is growing up with adult dogs of various sizes and have learned to show them respect while also looking to them for guidance and assurance. She is curious and friendly when meeting cats. *** She rides well in the car. Donut is housetrained and uses a doggie door. Donut sleeps on a dog bed in our bedroom and she is quiet through the night. Donut is used to a crate whether for car rides, feeding time, or home alone. *** Donut is a mix of a number of breeds, several of them herding breeds. She seems to be of medium size.
