About boots

Boots is a med to high energy dog. my wife and i are both getting to old and to crippled up to handle him ,he deserves better. he is friendly and loving to us , hes like a big puppy . BUT to strangers hes very aggressive especially to men. he wll herding nip. he has NEVER been mistreated or abused in anyway. He is a loving friendly fun dog to me and the wife but he needs more than we can provide exersize wise. He loves other dogs and loved our cats.... I lost my 16 yr old BC 2 years ago thought i needed a pup but in the last year the wife and i have both had some health issues that just don't work with an active dog. A single woman on a ranch who wants a faithful , seriously protective companion and has some fenced acreage to keep him on...this is YOUR GUY. He will need some time and understanding but he is definitely worth the effort...he has alot of love and goodness inside. I have never given up a dog before and this is very hard for me but he has a lot of life left and he deserves better than i can give him. He will make someone a wonderful friend.
