SPARKY - ID #A2008185 North Central Shelter, Los Angeles, So Cal https://24Petconnect.com/DetailsMain/LACT4/A2008185 Sparky is an adorable 20 month old, 27 lb, neutered male pittie/cattle dog looking mix that was owner surrendered due to their landlord on 11/17/21. This cutie has only been out of his kennel run a few times because he was so scared and overwhelmed due to the environment. Upon intake, he tried to bite and was doing alligator rolling. Staff has had to use caution with him as the little pup seemed to be just plain terrified! Just this past week of 1/20/22, Thomas has been working with him and Sparky seems to be much more relaxed and playful as you can see in his videos. However, it seems this pup takes some time to get comfortable around new people. Thus, we are looking for a savvy adopter or foster/ rescue/ pledges and a calm environment to give Sparky the chance to decompress!!! My understanding is he has not yet been tested around other dogs.
