Bootsie and Bailey are 'sisters'. Bootsie is a 10-year-old female Chihuahua weighing 8 pounds. She was purchased from a pet store as a puppy. Bailey is a 12-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 21 pounds (she is a chunky monkey). They were surrendered when their owner could no longer care for them due to health reasons. All 3 of them are devastated over this, but there was no other option. She states that they are not bonded and do not have to be adopted together. Right now they are clinging to each other as they just lost their home and their Mom so we would prefer that they get adopted together. We have seen they are bonded and have to be adopted together. They are friendly, lovable and mellow. They get along with the other dogs but have not been cat or child tested. The adoption donation for the pair is $200 which includes their spay, vaccinations, microchip. They are heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Please help to heal their broken hearts and give them their Forever Home together. https://www.aforeverhomeanimalrescue.org/Project/boots_bailey/ We are only able to adopt within the state of Florida. We have a page on our website that explains our adoption process, and contains a link to our adoption application. Here is the link: http://www.aforeverhomeanimalrescue.org/adoption-information-2/
