About Sofie

Welcome Sofie to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 4-year-old Lab/Mastiff is our best guess. She loves water, balls and is very good in her crate. She did fine with all the new dogs she met at the rescue. She had an owner and he has died and now she is looking for a new forever home. She is moderately active and since she likes to retrieve, you can throw the ball in the yard for some of her activity. She is potty trained and right now she is being boarded while CCPAL makes room and looks for her forever home. She is a very sweet dog and would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She weighs about 80 pounds and is a little overweight but not over the top heavy. A little more exercise will do the trick. She is currently at Texas at the Rescue. She can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 250 and transport is 180.
