About Toby

Toby is a 1 year old (Born on Thanksgiving) Shepherd mix. He is a loving and loyal dog that enjoys being at the feet of his family. He is a very playful and energetic dog, that also knows when its time to be mellow and lay down quietly. He has been house trained and follows basic commands. He has been trained to not pull on the lead. He is also crate trained and is used to sleeping in it at night and taking naps during the day. He was not allowed on furniture or beds. Toby is a wonderful boy that would make a great addition for someone who can give him the kindness and attention he deserves. He is unaware of his size (60lbs) and would get too playful around the baby. Also he was nervous around children (5-12 years) in the neighborhood, no aggression, when it comes to his family he is very affectionate and comfortable. We are looking to adopt Toby out because we are expecting another newborn and cannot give him the attention he deserves.
