Woof! I'm Churro. I was rescued from Highlands County Animal Services. I'm 5 years old and 12 lbs. I'm currently in foster care. I was shot in the back and was paralyzed. I used a cart and drag bag. I get around really well. I also have pairs of shoes so I can run outside. I am in a foster home with other dogs and cats.
