Sweet 9 year old, 66 pound Isaiah has made his way to SC after being fostered in fl for 2 months. He was an owner surrender who after his main owner went to jail, the girlfriend turned him in. He spent most of his life locked in the garage 24/7 and beaten daily. It didn't break his spirit. He is the sweetest boy, loves people, other dogs and has tested well with cats so far. This boy would love a home, where he can lay on his bed, go for walks or just lay in the backyard.
