SPARKY - ID#A2008185 URGENT!!! North Central has a little guy (unique mix for sure) that is in need of a change of environment. Sparky was relinquished by the owner due to their landlord and he's been waiting for someone to help him reach his potential outside of the shelter. Medical and Behavioral notes attached.
