About Niko

Niko is the sweetest most playful boy you will ever meet. Fetching is his obsession; he will chase after a ball or toy all day long. Niko loves to go for walks and would be a great hiking buddy. We are looking for a home with someone who will love him unconditionally and appreciate his spirited nature. He will require a bit of understanding and patience until he adjusts to his new family (he gets nervous in new environments) . Someone who work from home (not on the phone all day) or is home a lot would be ideal. He is great with other dogs and older kids so a doggie playmate or older kid who wants to throw a ball might be just ideal. A single-family home with a yard is a MUST, he loves to run around and can sometimes bark at strange sounds (he will protect your home from the trash truck or delivery man, lol) . **No condos or apartment living for this boy, he needs space to be active.
