About Kaya

Foster or adopt! We are interceding to avoid this dog ending up in the shelter, thus the cut off date. 2 year old Kaya is great with adults but not with kids, dogs or cats. That's mainly because she needs a quiet home. She startles easily. No kids under age 14. Teens fine. A typical boxer, she is very sensitive to her environment and too much noise makes her anxious. Kaya is very well-mannered in the house. Kaya has a big personality and is a big dog at 65 pounds. Fully vetted and healthy. Boxer experience preferred since this is a very particular breed: smart, stubborn, intense. Kaya needs a solid dog-experienced adopter who will be alpha to her.
