About COCO

Meet Adorable COCO! This sweet girl is the definition of Puppy Love, Fun & Energy! She is a busy girl & loves to play with toys & the other dogs. Coco is a very confident girl, very smart & learns things fast. She is learning her basic commands & almost completely potty trained. Her new doggy parent will need to follow though with her training with consistency, routine & structure. Coco had some curvature of her front legs when she came into rescue. The veterinarian was not sure if it was due to an inadequate diet & could be Rickets or an imbalance from rapid growth of ligaments to bone that puppies can experience sometimes that will normally correct over time & growth stabilization. If it is Rickets, an adequate diet with supplements (which she is receiving) will correct it & her legs are almost completely corrected now. This has certainly not slowed Coco down at all! Coco is almost 5 months old, weighed 24 lbs on 1/11/22, is on Heartworm & flea prevention, crate trained & mostly potty trained. She loves everyone she meets, gets along with dogs of all sizes, has had a cat introduction that was without incident. We recommend any children in the home to be at least 8 years old.
