Riggins is a sweet dog with a loving personality. He is intelligent and knows several commands. He has high energy and loves to run around and play outside. He is also crate trained, somewhat potty trained, and trained to a shock collar, although he does listen to just the beep. Riggins limitations are few and far between. He loves to jump and does struggle with that, and he will also drink water until he's sick if you let him.
