About Willow

Willow is approx. 7-8 months old. Willow appears to be a rat terrier/chi mix. She loves to play with her foster brothers and sisters. However, she is not a push over. If they start something with her, she will not just walk away. No one has been hurt, it is usually just a lot of mouthy noise. She is very sweet with people. She loves to snuggle! We prefer for our small dogs to go to a home with older, dog savvy children or no children. All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind that our dogs are shelter dogs. We have little if any information about their prior history. We can only tell you what we have witnessed since coming in to the rescue. Please be patient and prepared to train / retrain your new family member. Our pets need time to decompress once they are in a new home. if you have not heard of the 333 Rule, please google it. It will help you understand what your new rescue dog is going through. WE DO NOT HAVE CATS. THEREFORE WE CAN NOT TELL YOU IF ANY OF OUR PUPS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH CATS. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please email us and tell us a little about your family and home and what you are looking for in a new family member. This will help us determine if the pet you are interested in, is the right for your family. We are located in Hollywood/Charleston, SC. If you are not local to the area, we can recommend a transport company. This company is not affiliated with the rescue and will charge a separate fee.
